• Sealed Products, Hobby Products, and Pre-painted products ship within 48 hours from the time you order

• DIY Statues and Helmets take some time to prepare so we request 3 - 5 days to prepare a printed product

We’re located in the Southwest U.S!

Unfortunately this limits our shipping capabilities to the lower 48 states, excluding international shipping, and Alaska/Hawaii for all physical products. Digital Products have no restrictions!

Unfortunately, due to our limited team we do not take physical returns, but we have a solution for every issue that you can find on our return policy page! Our goal is to make it right!

We are SUPER transparent with our production process. With that being said, every 3d printed product is made in house with our own two hands.

Sealed Products are shipped as is from manufacturers, and specifics about materials, sizes, etc. are all found on individual product pages.
